Sheet metal blanking

The blanking of sheet metal is a cold mechanical process that is particularly suitable for high-volume production. This process is used to obtain both semi-finished and finished products, and relies on the combined action of one or more punching dies that penetrate the sheet metal, blanking and shaping it.

The purpose of sheet metal blanking is to create finished or semi-finished products that are always identical, with a repeated process guaranteed for medium or large quantities.
