OUR MACHINE FLEET
Sheet metal stamping department
The stamping department covers an area of 2,000 m2 and includes a stamping press line of up to 1,250 tonnes with work tables capable of housing stamping dies of up to 3,500 mm in length and up to 12 mm in thickness from coils.
Punching and press-bending department
This department covers an area of about 1,000 m2 and houses highly sophisticated stainless steel sheet metal processing machines operated by highly qualified personnel in the fields of CNC, Cad programming and design.
Welding and assembly department
All welding is certified by a specialised external body and is constantly checked in-house using fast analysis systems. In the dedicated area of 1,600 m2, components for the automotive and domestic sectors are welded using automated and robotic systems. The department is equipped with robotic mig and tig welding machines along with projection welding systems.

We operate according to strict international standards that cover all stages of our process, from the initial RFQ (Request for Quotation) to PPAP approval (Production Part Approval Process) and PFMEA approval (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Organizational, Management and Control Model
On 04/08/2025, UGS S.p.A. adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
This Decree introduced the administrative liability of entities, providing that a company may be held criminally liable for the commission, by its representatives, of certain offenses expressly provided for by the Decree, committed in the interest or to the advantage of the company. Such liability may result in administrative pecuniary sanctions as well as disqualification measures affecting the exercise of the company’s business activities.
However, the Decree also provides for an exemption from liability if the company can demonstrate that it has adopted adequate measures to prevent the commission of such offenses.
These measures consist of: identifying the activities in which such offenses could be committed, preparing specific protocols aimed at reducing the risk of offenses, adopting a company Code of Ethics, implementing a disciplinary system to ensure compliance with the Model, and appointing a Supervisory Body to ensure the effectiveness and updating of the Model.
