Sheet metal welding
Our metal welding service offers the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the most efficient sheet metal welding technologies, including MIG, TIG, resistance, projection, and robot welding. These techniques enable perfect welds on sheets of different materials such as iron, aluminium, stainless steel.
Type of welds
MIG Welding
This technique uses a continuous wire and a cover gas to protect the weld pool. It is ideal for applications requiring high productivity and flexibility of use.
TIG welding
This type is very popular for welding sheet metal, as it produces components of a high quality standard. It is particularly suitable for parts of reduced thickness and can be used for continuous welding on various materials.
Projection welding
This technique may require the presence of ashlars on the metal to be welded. During the process, the welding current is concentrated on a point by means of 2 electrodes, which melt the metal when contact is made, resulting in welds with high strength results at affordable costs. We are also able to perform PROJECTION WELDING WITH THE AID OF ROBOTS. This technique uses programmable industrial robots to perform repetitive welding with high precision, which is difficult to achieve with manual welding.
Tailor-made welding
Our aim is to provide a TAILOR-MADE WELDING service, capable of satisfying both small batch production and large quantities of welded sheets. With state-of-the-art technology and a professional approach, we guarantee high-quality and precision welding for various industrial applications, from ELECTROMECHANICAL, MEDICAL, LIGHTING AND SALES SECTORS TOHOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES AND FOOD PROCESSORS.
